THE ELLI BAG
Presenting the Elli Bag, an entirely hand-made crochet bag in a collection of different colours and sizes. Every internal lining is either made with printed Turkish silks or upcycled fabric options.

A project and collection that has been developing since 2021-2022, starting as an evolution of the designer’s, Elena Vivaldi AW 2020 fashion collection.
The collection is meant to transmit joy, freshness, and wearing something that makes you feel comfortable, yet fashionable. The bags are vibrant, colours are bold; they are statement piece that is also easy to style.

Linings, Past and Upcycling
The idea behind the internal layers of the Elli Bag is to give each piece a uniqueness through the use of printed Turkish silks and upcycled fabrics. The Elli Bag is lined with a piece of the designer’s childhood, having lived in Istanbul, Turkey, for 10 years. There are also option linings with upcycled fabrics: fabrics that would otherwise be thrown away. Each bag is uniquely different.
Having upcylced options means the fabrics are sewn together on a first-come-first-serve basis. The Elli Bag gives new life to materials and is also mixed with the funky, colourful design of the bag.
