How long does it take to ship the bags?
It depends on the destination and the type of shipping you select at check-out. For shipping options in Italy, it can take between 48 hours to 4 working days once the order has been processed. For shipping options in the EU, there are slight variations from shippings to Italy. International shipping option times depend on how far the destinations are to the original shipping country. For orders that are “made to order”, allow at least between 2-4 more working days from when the order has been processed.
How much does the shipping cost?
The shipping cost is excluded from the price of the bag. The shipping cost range in Europe is generally between €6,40-€18,00, depending on the destination. For example express shipping to Italy is €6,40. International countries have higher shipping costs. Any additional customs charges for overseas shipments are to be payed by the receiver.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship to Italy, EU countries, the United Kingdom and other International shipping options. You can see all shipping options in the check-out section. What sizes are the bags?
All Elli Bags come in three sizes (view below); Viva Bags and Ellina’s come in one size. You can see the sizes (in centimetres) in the additional information of every Elli Bag, Viva Bag and Ellina Bag.

What are the bags made of?
There are three different types of Elli Bag materials. They are either made of 100% natural cotton, 100% wool, or parts of wool, polyamide and polyester. The Viva Bag is only made in 100% natural cotton.
Are the bags lined?
Yes, all bags are entirely lined either with traditional Turkish silks or upcycled fabrics. All bags have different linings, making them uniquely different from one-another.
What if I am not satisfied with the order?
No problem, you have a 14 day return policy. If you are unhappy with the bag, you can either get a full refund or change the bag with another one you prefer. If the size of the bag changes, the money will either be partly refunded if it is smaller, or additional charges will be added if it is larger. Some additional return charges will be applied that range between €3-€20. This price may differ depending on the shipping location.
Only bags that are returned with all of their original packaging and that have been unused can be returned. A return label will be sent to you via email to be newly printed and placed on the parcel. Please use the brown packaging paper provided (or any other packaging paper) around the Elli Vivaldi black and white printed box before sending it in order to not damage the box.
